Expected results:
The investment will have a positive impact on the development of their tourist activity, as it will enable the rental of accommodation capacities in apartments, which are in increasing demand in this area. The service of a rich additional offer on the farm will certainly have an impact on the higher demand for accommodation and, consequently, on higher occupancy.
